Thanks to J. Vranjes for adding this peak.
Le Pleureur (3703 m) is located in the middle between the two lakes, Dix on the north-east of it at the end of the Val d' Heremence, and Mauvoisin on the south-west of it in the Val de Bagnes. It is nicely visible from the Mauvoisin side and hardly visible from the other.
There are two climbing routes. The first is from the south-east (aproach from the Dix hut and traversing La Luette, see the site of La Luette for more details).
The other direction is from the Bivouac des Pantalons Blancs (3280 m), more details on the Rochers du Bouc site: http://www.peakware.com/peaks.html?pk=3820&view=overview
This apparoach is usually done in combination with La Sale (3675m).
Thanks to J. Vranjes for this description.
