Hiked the Phoenicia East Branch Trail to the Wittenburg-Cornell Slide Trail for a 5.4 mile roundtrip. The trail is completely wooded, but there are some open ledges with views. Near the summit, there is a ledge that has an excellent view of the other high peaks of the Catskills.
