Description
Windom Peak is the easiest fourteener to climb in the Needle Mountains. It most easily approached from Chicago Basin, which is reached by taking the Durango & Silverton Narrow Guage Railroad to Needleton. The standard route is the West Ridge, which requires a little bit of scrambling near the top. There are great views from the top.
