Description

Grivola is a peak that lies between Valsavarenche Valley and Cogne Valley. The normal route is on the southern side, but due to frequent rock falling is quite dangerous. There is Valsavarenche route on western ridge and Clochettes ridge on the east side. The northern wall was a classic route in the past, but it's no longer climbed today because of bad glacier conditions.
