Description
This mountain in the twin range has a rocky summit. There are two ways to get on this peak by the appalachian trail or by the north twin trail. A spur separates this peak from the summit of North twin. To get to the nearest parking lot turn south on Haystack Road (no sigh) off of route 3 in Twin Mountain,Nh there is a parking fee of 3$ per day. The trail is called north twin trail so you will also hike North Twin mountain. Beware the Little river on this trail can be hard to pass in melting season. This trail crosses 3 times this river
