Description

Named After the guide Orson Schofield Phelps aka Old man Phelps.

There is only one trail on this peak witch is off the Van Hoevenberg trail going to Mount Marcy. The summit has good views of the great range and Colden,Algonquin and Wright. It is usually hiked from Adirondack Loj off route 73. Considered a mederate hike.
