Description
Kondratova kopa is part of Cervene vrchy (Red Hills), a beautiful grassy ridge which makes the most easterly protrusion of Western Tatras. Cervene vrchy eventually lead towards Swinica peak, which is considered to be the beginning of High Tatras. Cervene vrchy, or Czarwone Wierchy in Polish, constitute the boundary between Slovakia and Poland. From the northern side of Kondratova kopa protrudes a gentle ridge, leading straight to the mythological Polish peak Giewont.
