Description

Mt Lofty is the tallest peak in the Mt. Lofty Ranges and is only 10-15 drive from the city of Adelaide. The mountain is quite small but there is a cafe, lookout ad hotel at the summit. The nearby, Mt Lofty botanic gardens are highly reccommended to visit. The summit rarely gets snow but in very cold winters it can get small amounts at the top. The easiest way to access the peak is by the South Eastern Freeway, or by Greenhill road.
