Grays Peak

Both trips were invigorating experiences. The first climb was with my brother in-law an Irish Wolf Hound and a miniature Dachshund. Well let's say the Dachshund petered out pretty much half way. Let me tell ya, 7 lbs gets darn heavy after a while, especially being a flat Lander from Iowa at the time.

Second trip was with a college buddy, only had to carry beer. 10 lbs all the way up: no problem: Well you know "Priorities"

I'd love to do it again sometime; unfortunately I'll have to wait until my oldest child (3) gets a little older.

Note: getting drunk at 14,000 feet cost a heck of a lot less than sea level!!!
