Grays Peak

We began our climb at 6:15am just as the sun was rising. The parking lot was already filling up. We reached the summit of Grays in just over two hours seeing only three other people along the way. However on the way back to the trailhead after going up Torreys there was a steady stream of people heading towards the summits. To really enjoy the peace of your surroundings, without the masses of people, I highly recommend an early start to Grays and Torreys. My wife and I had time alone on both summits which would have been impossible had we left later in the day.
