Mount Washington

Along with my 12 & 14 year old sons, I climbed Mt Washington for the first time in near perfect weather Saturday.

The hike was alot more awesome and difficult than I ever expected. Take your time and enjoy the incredible scenery. And bring twice as much film as you think you'll need.

We hiked up the Ammonoosuc and then down thru Tuckerman. (My wife and daughter dropped us off, met us for lunch at the summit and picked us up at Pinkham.)

The boys can't wait until next year's trip. They've already charted our route thru the Northern Presidentials.
