Description
South Twin is a snowy mountain, separated from its larger neighbor North Twin (12,200 ft.) by a snowy col. North Twin is the more popular of the two, with its superior height and dramatic north face. Also, North Twin is reached first by the normal approach, so South Twin is less easily accessible, although South Twin is often ascended as a continuation of a North Twin Ascent.
