Description

Basically one of the high points on a long ridge. It's a day climb with lots of broken basalt and lots of snow in winter. The view is great at the top encompassing the Columbia river and the Wenatchee valley on one side and Ellensburg on the other. A ski resort is also located on the mountain. There is also Mission Peak which is another slightly higher point about a half mile northeast of this summit.
