Description
This has got to be one of the lowest mountains on the site - but still has amazing views from the summit. A quartzite cone (hence the name) standing some difference from its neighbours.Visible from Dublin City and a pleasant hike for a day it is a most recognizable shape. The summit is often windy but the views of the main mountain range, thesea and the city of Dublin are well worth it.
