Longs Peak

After a first failed attempt two years earlier, I decided one night to take on the challenge once again. I began at 2:15am and I reached the summit at 6:45am. I took the keyhole route and I must say that it was beyond my comfort zone. The fog was incredible and was still around when summited. It soon after went away, and I still remember the view. I took a nap at the summit, and then descended. Most certainly one of my favorite 14ers.
