Mount Kosciusko

Walking to the summit of Mount Kosciusko was on my list of things to do and I was very happy to achieve it. I'm not in the habit of taking long walks but this was nice and steady and a bit of a challenge. The weather was beautiful, although the clouds rolled in when we were at the peak, but then they rolled out again. Come prepared for all weathers! Well worth the trip! Awesome silence. Great stretches of wonderful low vegetation, the occasional bird and native rat. A feeling of achievement for me (not used to long walks). Be prepared for all weathers!
