Description
" This is an impressive peak when viewed from either the west or east. Easy routes are challenging, the summit is high and the scenery outstanding " - R.J. Secor. " The mountain possesses an unusually stern and almost forbidding aspect, and is generally rated one of the more difficult of the higher peaks of the Sierra Nevada " - Norman Clyde. Excellent rock and mixed rock / ice climbs abound on this wonderful mountain.
