Description
" Mt. Haeckel is a very beautiful peak tapering to a narrow point, a fine example of what might be termed a Gothic type of peak whose ascent is a fairly difficult climb " - Norman Clyde ( pretty much sums it up ). The Northwest Arete is an excellent climb - start from the glacier below - nice climb.
