Humboldt Peak

Set up camp, in the rain, just below the gate closure at the South Colony Lakes trailhead. It rained for most of the night and finally let up around 4am. We got off to a soggy start around 5am. The entire South Colony Lakes basin was enveloped in a thick cloud, the higher we went we kept expecting to break through the cloud cover but it never happened. It was a nice climb to the top, unfortunately there were no views to be had.
