You can park on the edge of the Bogong High Plains Road and walk the 3km to the top of Mount Cope.

If you do the walk during the Australian summer months you will see an abundance of alpine wild flowers along the side of the Cope Track.

The summit also laces you quite close to the middle of the Bogong High Plains so the view from the top gives you a great perspective of the area.
