Mount Meru

Watch out for elephants when you want a pee at the loo outside,in the middle of the night at saddle hut. Don't count on that emergency rescue being up to much . We needed it for one of us... I don't know what I'd expected , helicopters ?, sirens? A big burly farmer from the village was sent for and gave Melanie a piggy back all the way down. Despite our woes Meru was a fantastic climb . So clean and hardly met a soul up there. So good infact I'm doing it again over Xmas !
